The classic purse by Hermes was clearly copied by Walmart's 3rd party online resellers. There are dozens of articles online about it, and the craze originally took off on TikTok. While the pricing is way different ($80-100 vs $10k-$100k), the style, size, and varied color selection is a copycat of Hermes.
We all know McDonalds has had tea and sweet tea options for a quite a long time, but recently they released their tea with lemonade line, seemingly mirroring the drink line of chicken fast food giant Chik-Fil-A. The options of mixes are the same, though Chik-Fil-A is the automatic winner of freshness as their lemonade is not overly processed minute maid brand it is made fresh.
Wendys started the race by releasing the 5$ biggie bag including a junior bacon cheeseburger, crispy chicken but or double stack with the addition of a fry, nuggets & drink. Recently McDonalds decided they needed to copy the meal deal and released the 5$ meal deal which is a very in your face copy cat they aren't even trying to hide it. Choose between their McChicken, Double Cheeseburger then get fries nuggets and a drink. Hmm wonder how they came up with that. Very creative.
It seems to me it's pretty clear a copy cat; the entire design of the bar itself looks identical to the original KIND Bar. The bar has solid chunks of nuts and stripes of chocolate on top with solid chocolate on the bottom. The bars look extremely similar to one another, but I think Kirkland is basically a generic version of many main brands?
BK came out with their ghost pepper whopper a while back but apparently it was discontinued. Carls jr copy catted their ghost burger by creating their own version "THE GHOST" - so I think this is definitely a copycat.
Apparently Bausch + Lomb came out with "Blink NutriTears" first then this other company created "NutriTear" - and check this out apparently there's a LAWSUIT that Bausch + Lomb has currently against PRN Physician Recommended Nutriceuticals, and it was filed on 9/18/24. We'll see whether the court system feels this is a CopyCat or not...but I feel the names are identical but once has an "s" so pretty similar and confusing to a consumer I'd say.
I first spotted this on CNN where they (who they are liberal democrats and support Harris over Trump) actually admitted that Kamala copied Trump on his plan to not apply income tax on worker's tips. I hope everyone votes "YES" because it seems obvious she copied him.... :)
It seems like the Chinese company Xiaomi has created a copycat phone watch taking "a lot of inspiration" from Apple's OG watch. Everything from the size, the shape etc all seems directly like a copy of Apple's watch. Some online have even called it an "Apple Watch Clone." You can buy it at Walmart for like $100 much less than the Apple Watch.
