It seems to me it's pretty clear a copy cat; the entire design of the bar itself looks identical to the original KIND Bar. The bar has solid chunks of nuts and stripes of chocolate on top with solid chocolate on the bottom. The bars look extremely similar to one another, but I think Kirkland is basically a generic version of many main brands?
Apparently Bausch + Lomb came out with "Blink NutriTears" first then this other company created "NutriTear" - and check this out apparently there's a LAWSUIT that Bausch + Lomb has currently against PRN Physician Recommended Nutriceuticals, and it was filed on 9/18/24. We'll see whether the court system feels this is a CopyCat or not...but I feel the names are identical but once has an "s" so pretty similar and confusing to a consumer I'd say.
